During scheduled repairs, all these subassemblies are dismantled, inspected, and repaired as necessary. They are then subject to anti-corrosion protection before being reassembled. Post-repair checks are conducted on specialized stands, with appropriate devices. All stands, devices, and testing equipment undergo either certification by AFER or metrological verification. In the case of bogies, the mounted axle is repaired, the bogie frame is repaired and checked, non-compliant suspension elements are replaced, and worn brake linkage elements are checked and replaced as needed.
Y25 bogies, H bogies, and ORE bogies can be repaired. Bogie repair activities take place in a dedicated workshop.
